Q: What time will tickets go live on the website?

A: Tickets go live at 10am CST

Q: Do I need tickets for the concert and dinner separately?

A: Yes, you must have a concert ticket and a dinner ticket to attend one or both events. Concert tickets will not get you into the dinner and dinner tickets will not get you into the concert. 

Q: Does registering for the Music for the Holidays Newsletter, count as registering for tickets?

A: No, registering for the Music for the Holidays Newsletter is a great way to stay updated on the latest updates, but it DOES NOT mean you are registered for tickets.

Q: Can I sit together with my group of friends/family?

A: This event is general admission.  The best way to ensure you can sit with your friends/family is to arrive together and early. Seats inside Orchestra Hall will be first come, first serve. We will not be able to hold seats.

Q: How many tickets can I get?

A:  The ticketing platform will not allow you to register for more than 4 tickets for both the dinner and concert. We do this to allow as many families as possible the ability to take part in our event.  Please respect the ticket limit.

Q: Is there parking?

A: Paid self-parking is available at the11th and Marquette Ramp.  You can access both the Hilton and Orchestra Hall via Skyway from the parking ramp.

Q: Where can I register for tickets to the concert and dinner?

A: Registration for free tickets to the concert and dinner is on a first-come, first-served basis and can be found at www.musicfortheholidays.com on Thursday, November 30, 2023 starting at 10am CST and will continue until we are sold out.
